デザインの焦点は、郊外の普通の家族の家とほぼ同じ居住エリアを持つ居住者の高層生活体験にあります。

目立つ高層ビルは、テヘランが今日の近代都市になり、農地の果樹園の風景がもはやなくなったことを反映しています。建築家は、円盤状の幾何学的構成を巧みに利用して、回転する外部空間を備えたオープンビューを居住者に提供します。
