石膏モルタルのしっくいによる内壁のしっくいプロセス

石膏のしっくいは、建設工学の一般的な材料です。セメント間のセメントを強化し、建設期間を短縮し、労働強度を低減し、労働効率を向上させることができます。建設業界で非常に人気があります。

石膏の左官工事の建設技術

しっくい壁のしっくいの塗布プロセスは、モルタルのしっくい、ベース処理→ケーキのしっくい→スラリーの準備→下層、中間層のしっくい→陰と陽の角、ドアと窓のエッジシール処理→表層のしっくいと同じです。

1.基板処理

Make up the level difference between the masonry wall and the structural wall, clean up the wall pollutants, and fully water and moisten them, if necessary, treat with surfactant.

2. Inner beadsticking&boundary mortar painting

Determine the thickness of each inner bead according to the flatness and verticality of the wall, and use the adhesive plaster to bond the boundary mortar as the standard mortar. Generally, there are two horizontal standard mortars below 3 m, and three horizontal standard mortars above 3 m. Lay a rubber board on the ground against the wall in order to recover the dropped mortar.

3. Slurry preparation

Stir with electric mixer: Directly add the plastering gypsum mortar to clean water (water-to-powder weight ratio is about 75:100), use a high-power electric mixer to continuously stir for not less than 2min to mix evenly. The stirred material should be used within 20min～45min. It is necessary to mix and use frequently, and mix again after each mixed material is used up. It is strictly forbidden to add water to the mixed slurry before reuse. Clean up the dust on the wall surface, slag between the formwork and garbage before plastering.

4. Underlying& middle plastering

Before manual plastering, the flatness and verticality of the finished surface of the boundary mortar painting must be checked. Check with the ruler and cable. For the first plastering, it is recommended to apply and press the plastering gypsum mortar from bottom to top vertically, and horizontal direction for the second pass. The direction of two times of application and pressing must be crossed to ensure the bonding effect of the light plastering gypsum mortar and the substrate wall.

5. Edge sealing treatment of corners, doors and windows

建設図面の要件および現場での技術的開示に厳密に従って建設を実施します。ドアと窓の開口部のサイズを厳密に制御します。壁、柱、ドアの開口部の内側の角の左官工事には、明確な線の角度と損傷からの保護が必要です。

6.表面左官工事

真ん中の石膏漆喰モルタルが60％〜70％乾燥している場合は、表面処理に専門の石膏漆喰表面モルタルを使用してください。上から下に実行し、漆喰で圧縮します。表面モルタルと中間層がしっかりと接着している必要があります。
