Interior Wall Plastering Process with Plastering Gypsum Mortar
Plastering gypsum is a common material in construction engineering. It can strengthen the cement between cements, shorten the construction period, reduce labor intensity, and improve labor efficiency. It is very popular in the construction industry.
Construction technology of plastering gypsum
The application process of plastering plaster walls is the same as plastering mortar, base treatment → plastering of cakes → preparation of slurry → bottom layer, middle layer plastering → yin and yang corners, edge sealing treatment of doors and windows → surface layer plastering.
1.Substrate processing
Make up the level difference between the masonry wall and the structural wall, clean up the wall pollutants, and fully water and moisten them, if necessary, treat with surfactant.
2. Inner beadsticking&boundary mortar painting
Determine the thickness of each inner bead according to the flatness and verticality of the wall, and use the adhesive plaster to bond the boundary mortar as the standard mortar. Generally, there are two horizontal standard mortars below 3 m, and three horizontal standard mortars above 3 m. Lay a rubber board on the ground against the wall in order to recover the dropped mortar.
3. Slurry preparation
Stir with electric mixer: Directly add the plastering gypsum mortar to clean water (water-to-powder weight ratio is about 75:100), use a high-power electric mixer to continuously stir for not less than 2min to mix evenly. The stirred material should be used within 20min～45min. It is necessary to mix and use frequently, and mix again after each mixed material is used up. It is strictly forbidden to add water to the mixed slurry before reuse. Clean up the dust on the wall surface, slag between the formwork and garbage before plastering.
4. Underlying& middle plastering
Before manual plastering, the flatness and verticality of the finished surface of the boundary mortar painting must be checked. Check with the ruler and cable. For the first plastering, it is recommended to apply and press the plastering gypsum mortar from bottom to top vertically, and horizontal direction for the second pass. The direction of two times of application and pressing must be crossed to ensure the bonding effect of the light plastering gypsum mortar and the substrate wall.
5. Edge sealing treatment of corners, doors and windows
Carry out construction strictly in accordance with the requirements of construction drawings and technical disclosure on site; Strictly control the size of door and window openings; The plastering of the interior corners of the walls, columns, and door openings requires clear line angles and protection against damage.
6. Surface plastering
When the middle gypsum plastering mortar is 60%-70% dry, use professional gypsum plastering surface mortar for surface treatment; Carry out from top to bottom, and then compact with plastering; it is required that the surface mortar and the middle layer be firmly bonded.
