In the raw material area, intelligent raw material feeding plays a key role in the factory. The feeding truck can directly dump the raw materials in the underground storage hopper of sand and gypsum without using a forklift. The high-angle conveyor (HAC) is used to efficiently transport underground raw materials to the ball mill, thereby reducing spillage or dust generation. High-capacity ball mill (24 tons / hour), automatic steel ball feed and large mortar tank (150 cubic meters) can achieve continuous, large-volume and versatile production capacity.

The cutting machine on the AAC production line first cuts the blank to the desired product length. Then, the booster pushes the blank through the high-speed cutting frame.
